The spacious three-story office complex, located near the Aluva Metro Station, includes high standard training facilities. The building is designed to accommodate over 200 aviation professionals simultaneously. According to the Air Kerala management, over 750 job opportunities will be created at the establishment by the end of this year.

In its initial phase, Air Kerala will launch domestic flights, with international services to follow shortly. The airline’s first flight is set to take off from Kochi in June. Chairman Afi Ahmed said that the company will operate as an ultra low-cost carrier. Agreements have been signed with Irish companies to lease five aircraft and Vice Chairman Ayyoob Kallada revealed that plans are underway to purchase aircraft in the future.

Air Kerala’s services will focus on connecting smaller cities in South and Central India with major metro hubs, according to CEO Hareesh Kutti. The airline will operate ATR aircraft with 76 all-economy class seats.
